現(xiàn)如今環(huán)氧地坪的成熟，被使用的地點(diǎn)很多，比如停車場(chǎng)、工廠車間等地方，然而在施工完成后我們要注意監(jiān)測(cè)環(huán)氧地坪涂料的黏度，這樣可以保證環(huán)氧地坪完成后的質(zhì)量和使用時(shí)間。不過(guò)值得注意的是，在測(cè)量時(shí)一定要注意以下幾點(diǎn)，否則很難操作。

However, it is worth noting that when measuring, we must pay attention to the following points, otherwise it is very difficult to operate.

(1)測(cè)定的規(guī)定溫度應(yīng)在21-25度之間。因?yàn)闇囟冗^(guò)高，測(cè)定的黏度比較低，溫度過(guò)低，黏度比較高，不是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。

(1) the prescribed temperature should be between 21-25 degrees. Because the temperature is too high, the viscosity of the measurement is relatively low, the temperature is too low, the viscosity is relatively high, it is not the standard value.

(2)每次測(cè)完要清潔涂-4杯，選用所測(cè)涂料相應(yīng)的溶劑，防止測(cè)定小孔被堵。

(2) after each test, -4 cup should be cleaned and the corresponding solvent should be selected to prevent the small hole from being blocked.

(3)先用手指或器具堵嚴(yán)小孔漏嘴，倒?jié)M100ml涂料，用玻璃棒將氣泡和多余試樣倒入凹槽，防止測(cè)樣不到或超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

(3) First plug the small hole leak with finger or instrument, fill 100 ml paint, and pour the bubble and surplus sample into the groove with glass rod to prevent the sample from failing or exceeding the standard.

(4)迅速移開(kāi)手指時(shí)，同時(shí)啟動(dòng)秒表，待試樣流束剛中斷時(shí)立即停止秒表，計(jì)時(shí)。

(4) When the finger is quickly removed, the stopwatch is started at the same time, and the stopwatch is stopped immediately when the sample beam is interrupted.

對(duì)環(huán)氧地坪涂料產(chǎn)品黏度的經(jīng)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)方法是，經(jīng)攪拌后，用棒挑起涂料進(jìn)行觀察。正常的涂料應(yīng)自由降落而不斷，如有中斷而回縮現(xiàn)象，說(shuō)明該涂料較稠。一般棒上的涂料與桶內(nèi)涂料在很短時(shí)間內(nèi)會(huì)連接不斷的流淌，連接距離為30-50cm，即是近于刷涂的程度。小于30cm，表明涂料的黏度太小，即涂料太稀;大于50cm，表明黏度太大，即涂料太稠。這種以符合施工要求為準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)又通過(guò)多次實(shí)踐應(yīng)用，不用黏度計(jì)測(cè)定的黏度，稱為工作黏度。

The empirical test method for the viscosity of epoxy floor coatings is to observe the coating with stick after stirring. Normal coatings should be allowed to fall freely and continuously. If there is any interruption, the shrinkage will show that the coating is thicker. Generally, the paint on the rod and the paint in the barrel will connect continuously in a very short time, the connection distance is 30-50 cm, that is, close to the degree of brushing. Less than 30 cm, indicating that the viscosity of the coating is too small, that is, the coating is too thin; greater than 50 cm, indicating that the viscosity is too big, that is, the coating is too thick. This kind of viscosity is called working viscosity, which is based on the construction requirement and has been used for many times without viscometer.

通過(guò)測(cè)定黏度，可以觀察涂料貯存一段時(shí)間后的聚合度，按照不同施工要求，用適合的稀釋劑調(diào)整黏度，以達(dá)到刷涂、鏝涂、批刮施工所需的不同黏度指標(biāo)。所以施工過(guò)程中這一步時(shí)不可少的，在施工時(shí)一定要注意工人是否偷工減料。

By measuring the viscosity, we can observe the degree of polymerization of the paint after storage for a period of time, and adjust the viscosity with suitable diluents according to different construction requirements, so as to achieve the different viscosity indexes required for brushing, upsetting and batch scraping.
