二、質(zhì)量保證措施：

1.建立健全以項目經(jīng)理為主的質(zhì)量保證體系和質(zhì)量管理網(wǎng)絡，做到縱向到底，橫向到邊，認真貫徹各項技術管理制度，落實責任到人。
