環(huán)氧地坪施工對混凝土基面有什么要求么?1、混凝土基面平整密實,強度條件不低于C20；強度太差,會降低環(huán)氧地坪涂層的耐壓、抗沖功能及耐久性；2、地面平整度通常在2M界線內，落差不大于2mm;如落差較大,則環(huán)氧地坪砂漿層需加厚以減削落差；3、如需涂裝的地面處于底層,地下水位較高,則混凝土底層應作好防水辦理,防止地下水蒸發(fā)頂起環(huán)氧地坪涂層而導致起泡、起殼征象；

What are the requirements for concrete base surface in epoxy floor construction? 1. 4、混凝土徹底干燥起碼三周以上,含水率不高于6%;且在養(yǎng)護過程中防止淋雨及積水在地面等,不然易導致片面混凝土水分含量超標；

b 、新倒水泥泥漿層要充分調養(yǎng)，水泥基面平展、無坎坷不平、蜂窩麻面、水泥疙瘩，地面平展性不大于涂裝。

7、對損害的混凝土修護,可以采取細石混土壤,強度品級不應小于C20,厚度不應小于30mm。

8、細活部位,如落水管外圍、門坎處等混凝土應平整,棱角處應平直。
